Your project coordinator, aka ‘your new best friend’, will then work with you to ensure we have all the information, details, specifications and wishes required to express the full scope of your vision.

We’ll roll up our sleeves and crunch the numbers to present you with a preliminary budget based on the specifications. Know that behind our numbers are nearly two decades of experience and a commitment to honesty, integrity and excellence. You will have the data you need in our detailed construction budget to make an informed decision to move ahead together.

Equipped with the vision, specifications and a budget, we will then get busy obtaining subcontractor and vendor bids. We’ll make sure everything is needed for project permits to be issued. Our project schedule will be our roadmap with your project coordinator, your personal compass! You will always know the status of your project, spending and upcoming milestones.

While our skilled craftspeople are hard at work on realizing your vision, know that our experienced project managers are on-site and in the project details every day to ensure that everything runs smoothly and to your specifications. Together, it’s the art and science of crafting fine homes.

And then comes the moment you have been waiting for….to step inside your beautiful new home. What you once envisioned is now all around you. We will do a final detailed walkthrough together to compile a final punch list. You will also receive a comprehensive close-out package with all documentation including manuals and warranties on your project.
