“We wanted to take the time to acknowledge the professionalism we experienced working with Burkhart brothers construction. Our family house remodel was incredibly complicated and unique. To take a house that was designed in 1969, built in 1970 and then bringing it up to code was a monumental feat. From the moment they were on the job, they were professional, knowledgeable and timely. Throughout the process they were able to keep us on schedule. coordinating sub-contractors, appliance procurement and installation. Working for a luxury developer we know the intricate complications and thoughts that go into every inch of a house like ours. Every time there was an issue that needed our attention, they were able to lay out the problem, recommend the solution, and finish it in a timely manner. If something came up and they didn’t know the solution for, they would let us know and they immediately went into workshop mode. We’ve worked with many builders who would fake and lie about a fix which in the end turned out to be a bigger issue because of their character flaw. Asking for help is a character trait that is commendable at any level in this business. Honesty and transparency are sometimes hard to come by these days.”
